ZivaPay+ v1.6.9 — Your data stays on your device. Always.

Short version: ZivaPay+ is a free personal finance tool. It reads your EcoCash and InnBucks SMS messages on your device only. We are not a bank. We don't hold or move your money. Your data never leaves your phone.

2. What ZivaPay+ Does

ZivaPay+ is a personal finance and record-keeping tool that helps users track supported mobile money transactions by reading relevant SMS messages from supported senders and presenting transaction history, balances, analytics, alerts, and exports.

ZivaPay+ currently supports EcoCash and InnBucks transaction messages.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the Service under the laws of your country. If you are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement yourself, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Not a Bank or Financial Institution

ZivaPay+ is not a bank, mobile money operator, payment processor, lender, insurer, broker, financial advisor, accountant, or legal service provider.

ZivaPay+ does not hold funds, execute payments, reverse transactions, or control your EcoCash, InnBucks, bank, or mobile money account.

The Service is provided for personal informational, organizational, and record-keeping purposes only.

Although we aim to make the Service useful and reliable, transaction parsing, balances, summaries, alerts, analytics, and exports may contain errors, omissions, delays, or mismatches. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information shown in the app before relying on it for accounting, tax, legal, business, lending, or financial decisions.

6. SMS Access and Permissions

Some features of ZivaPay+ require device permissions, including SMS access and notifications. If you deny or revoke these permissions, some or all features may not function properly.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is accessed, stored, and handled.

7. Local Device Storage

ZivaPay+ stores parsed transaction history and related app data locally on your device only.

Deleting SMS messages from your inbox may not remove previously imported transaction history from the app. You may need to clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored records.

8. Exports and Reports

ZivaPay+ may allow you to generate exports such as PDF or Excel files. These exports are provided for convenience only.

We do not guarantee that exported files are complete, error-free, accepted by any institution, or suitable for any regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, employment, lending, or legal purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing all exported data before sharing or using it.

We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or policies of third-party services.

If we do, pricing, billing terms, and any required disclosures will be presented separately in the app or on the website.

ZivaPay+, including its software, branding, design, content, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with your device, SMS format, wallet provider, or mobile network.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, records, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or USD $10 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater.
